Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for eligible items within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

2. Pack the item securely, including all original accessories and documentation, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 5 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Authorisation for refund amount is given after receiving the item in the works.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition or if it is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or deny the refund.
• If your refund is approved, it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you need a different size, color, or a replacement item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
